If your company has P6 and you are not export from HeavyBid you need to explore this great feature of HeavyBid. There is some upfront work connecting HeavyBid to P6 but once it is connected you shouldn’t have to do it again. I took the instructions from HCSS Help and printed it and it is available to download below. First step is to check what version of P6 you have. Older versions will require the SDK from Primavera (it is free) and if you have one of the latest versions there is now the API link feature. As always call HCSS Tech Support for assistance.
