I have been seeing a lot of interest in the new web app HCSS is rolling out which will assist you in tracking potential projects. It was introduced at the last UGM. You can try it out now for no cost, but the catch is you need to do it before your next support anniversary date. I just did a video on it as it does involve some steps and after that, you can see if it will keep up and track potential projects. Price – good question. I asked a salesman and got a different answer than from the product head. The way I see it for this product to be successful it needs to be rolled out in January at UGM as a robust, fully developed application complete with reports.
