I find it valuable occasionally to have two sessions of HeavyBid open at the same time.  For example you might have to compare current bid items to a older revision of the same estimate. Assuming you have a multi-user system (will not work for the HCSS Cloud HeavyBid)  you just have to create another user that everyone knows is the user to log in to start another session. First you will have to create a user name such as “2nd Open”. This is done in SETUP>MISCELLANEOUS>USER SETUP.  Before trying to start up a second session go to TOOL>USER ADMINISTRATION to check if you have a user slot available. If you have at least one license less than the number of licenses your company has purchased then you can start another session.  Go to HELP>ABOUT HEAVYBID and the window will list the number of registered users allowed.
