This LINK is the comparisons of the three versions of HeavyBid. I see a fairly good matchup of the version to the company but every now and then I find a company who should have gone up a version. For example, if a company has HeavyJob or is intending to purchase it there is just no reason anymore to have the Basic version as it cannot see production history in HeavyJob. If they do have Basic and HeavyJob then I will be blunt – someone has made a poor decision. I see the Basic version as a single user version for a very small construction company. My opinion if a multi-user version of HeavyBid is going to be used then Advanced or the Comprehensive should be the only two versions to be considered.  There are just too many features (see the document) that Advanced and Comprehensive have that the Basic does not. I never up sale a customer but I am not shy in telling them they really need to move up to the next version. The audit trail in the Comprehensive Version has many uses and if a company is turning in estimates over $50 million then they should be on this top version. Just the ability to filter and find potential errors in the audit trail can more than justify the cost to move to the Comp version. Not sure you are on the right version? Contact me and I will take a look at your company to see if you have the correct version of HeavyBid. Review this document and make sure you are using all of the features available. Not sure what version you have? Go to HELP>ABOUT HEAVYBID and your version will be listed.
