There is a setting in the Microsoft operation system that allows shortcut keys to be visible. Your screen if this has been activated on your computer (or your remote session) should like this in Tree View. Each underline key can be activated by pressing the ALT key first (and hold it) and then press the applicable shortcut key.

If you don’t see the underline then you need to go out to your computer Settings and type in “Underline” and the following should pop up. Turn on the feature to underline the shortcut key. For a presentation on HeavyBid keyboard shortcuts I did for UGM click on this LINK
