His problem was the calculation had to exclude the mobilization\u00a0 item\u00a0(the % item) itself. So the calculation is as follows<br \/>\n<em>(Total Bid Price &#8211; % Biditem Price)\/Total Bid Price x 100\u00a0 \u2264 4%<\/em><br \/>\nAs a default HeavyBid does not subtract out the % biditem in the calculation but you can change the default to do this.
