Pretend for a minute that you are a CEO of a large company (and maybe you are) with a\u00a0company jet. One day you join the pilot in the co-pilots seat and begin asking him questions about all the various switches and knobs and their function. Here is the conversation:\u202f\u00a0\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

You: What does this group of toggle switches do?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Pilot: I don’t know. The pilot who trained me said don’t worry about them.\u202f\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You: How about this bank of knobs?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Pilot: Never knew what they do either. The pilot didn’t who trained me didn’t know\u00a0either.\u202f\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You:\u202f\u00a0So\u00a0you were trained by a pilot who\u00a0didn’t have complete training?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Pilot:\u00a0Yep. When the company hired\u00a0us,\u00a0we were given a quick rundown of the plane and told good luck. No need to get bogged down in all the details of switches and knobs. Keep it simple you know.\u202f\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You:\u202f\u00a0Oh…\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
