Wouldn&#8217;t it be nice if someone like a PM or owner could print some reports on an estimate without getting into HeavyBid (and having to force someone else off)? This is now available in HeavyBid (Advanced and Comp Versions) and it&#8217;s easy! All it requires is the following: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><g class=\"gr_ gr_4 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins doubleReplace replaceWithoutSep\" id=\"4\" data-gr-id=\"4\">Person<\/g> who wants the report has to have HCSS credentials setup. Easy to do &#8211; call HCSS Tech Support (no charge for setting up someone and it does not have anything to do with the number of licenses). If you use HeavyJob then most likely most users have credentials already. <\/li><li>Estimates do not have to be archived to have access for the Cost, Cost &amp; Price and Estimate Recap Reports. But each estimate will <g class=\"gr_ gr_586 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar multiReplace\" id=\"586\" data-gr-id=\"586\">tagged<\/g> to upload to HeavyBid Insights. This setting can be an estimate by estimate basis or <g class=\"gr_ gr_643 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del\" id=\"643\" data-gr-id=\"643\">setup<\/g> in the Master Estimate. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"741\" height=\"560\" src=\"http:\/\/heavybid.ewksol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/image2-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1865\" srcset=\"https:\/\/heavybid.ewksol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/image2-2.jpg 741w, https:\/\/heavybid.ewksol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/image2-2-300x227.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 741px) 100vw, 741px\" \/><figcaption>TOOLS&gt;PREFERENCES<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every time a Summary is run then the estimate data will be uploaded to Insights.
