I highly recommend that you take the time and review the changes over the last 6 or so updates and make sure that you are taking advantage of the settings that have been improved or added. You can find these in Estimate Preferences>Estimate Entry. Make sure everyone knows what happens for example when a material resource is copied in with an activity that doesn&#8217;t exist in the local or system wide codebook. If the box &#8220;Use Source Material Rates&#8221; is not check then the resource will be brought in as zero cost.
