You are obligated for whatever reason to quote a project, but you don&#8217;t want it or don&#8217;t have the time or resources for it. I have had HeavyBid users tell me that they slow down production for the crews (so the cost is increased), which really doesn&#8217;t make sense. If you got the project, would you tell the crews to slow down production? Of course not. So here are two options. In Addons, put a cost for having to do the project by hiring subs or adding crews. Another way is to increase the markup or margin. You usually get 15%, then make it 30 or 40%.
