I know some of you follow my blog so I am going to make this announcement here first. After 15 years I have decided it is time for a change. Getting on another plane (50 flights this year to date) to go train another new HeavyBid customer just was no longer enjoyable and rewarding. I appreciate HCSS giving me the opportunity to come back as a trainer in 2010. HCSS is a great company, with great products and Professional Services provided me with work for 15 years and for most of it I did enjoy the traveling. I found I was no longer able to devote time to my blog or Youtube videos, something I really enjoy. For the remainder of this year and through 2026 I am going to stick with my 4-Hour virtual training modules and do a better job on getting out Youtube videos and blogs. I will also be looking at some special projects with HCSS. I will occasionally travel to do an advanced training, especially if it is somewhere I want to travel to. I want to help estimating teams be more intentional with their training and educational resources which historically has been a hit or miss proposition, and frankly a lot of misses. I would like to start changing that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So stay tuned. I took a month off to travel to Africa (Nairobi, Kenya) with a team from my church and then babysit my grandchildren, but I will return to writing and producing YouTube videos.
