Just think if someone drove up to your construction site with one piece of equipment that\u00a0according to the salesman could replace all your equipment. You know there is no way one piece could perform well in all circumstances. \u00a0Software is the same. I use a variety of software in my workflow because not one software does all things well. Accounting\u00a0software companies continue to offer the &#8220;all in one&#8221; solution trying to integrate estimating, project management, scheduling and accounting. \u00a0The result are\u00a0usually frustrated users (other than the accounting department). A better solution is to select the best software packages that work for you and make sure they can talk to one another. For example HeavyBid can export to about any accounting program. Same with HeavyJob.
