Some companies that I have the opportunity to train have no idea of what their real equipment costs are and have no idea how to dial in real equipment rates. They don’t know what they don’t know<\/em>. Here are two resources that I just purchased for myself that did cost a total of around $132. I always preach when you estimate to treat “costs are costs” in other words don’t build fluff into costs like equipment. A company has to know its costs in order to accurately bid a project. I don’t think I have to tell you how ridiculously inexpensive this resource is. Mike Vorster, CEMP Central, is a regular speaker at our annual User Group Meetings and I have heard Mike is excellent.
