I have been reading this book and it has lots of best practices and common sense information about estimating and managing projects. Not too intense and an easy read. I like comment from the book:<\/p>\n

“Contractors need to know their breakeven cost (direct cost and overhead) of every bid. They know they can only play the “poker game” of negotiating effectively with this knowledge”<\/p>\n

Matt Stevens is the Author and the price is a bargain on Amazon (under $22).<\/p>\n
