This is a system wide setting so probably someone was trying to change a productivity and what occurred is that they used the same option at least twice. For example they might have listed &#8220;Un\/Shift&#8221; three times\u00a0so then it just blanks two values out. Over time estimators start ignoring the productivity window since it does not make sense. See an example below of what this looks like:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-927 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/heavybid.ewksol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/image1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"499\" height=\"331\" srcset=\"https:\/\/heavybid.ewksol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/image1.jpg 809w, https:\/\/heavybid.ewksol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/image1-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/heavybid.ewksol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/image1-768x510.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 499px) 100vw, 499px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is easy to correct by just making sure that each category is unique and I suggest that you make either category 1 or 2 &#8220;Shifts&#8221; so the number of shifts will appear in the Classic cost report.
