Recently I was in training where the customer wanted to do a non-standard work time period. In this case, it was a 13-day calendar but they wanted to calculate an overtime factor and use this as an override in the calendar setup. So I set up a quick Excel spreadsheet which you can download to review to see how to calculate an overtime factor.
