An estimator might want to compare different activity production costs but doesn’t want to change the estimate. HeavyBid has a “what if” routine that performs this task. First be in the activity you want to do a “what if” and go to the third icon on the right vertical icon panel. See below:

Then click on the “What If Scenario” button and it will open up to the following screen. The radio button on the right side allows the estimator to select different measures of productivity. So maybe the activity was calculated on MH/Unit but you want to use Unit/MH instead. Enter a different productivity and compare the two costs. No there is the differences are not shown between the two productivities so you will still have to use your calculator. See below. You can end the scenario or accept it and the activity costs will be updated.
