I get emails sometimes from companies saying that did not get HeavyBid launched successfully for one reason or another and what can they do? First make the commitment that Heavybid will not become expensive shelfware.  I suggest this, complete the HCSS HeavyBid tutorial.  HCSS has an excellent tutorial that comes with it and is ready to go. I have a video covering how to find and use it as well as the highlights of the tutorial.

Now there is no substitution for formal HeavyBid training but this tutorial might be all they need to get back on track. And it covers many good estimating concepts.
