I find that a lot of estimators don’t know about this report. I think HCSS could put this in a better location so that it is more easily found. The same report can be found in SETUP>SYSTEM WIDE MORE and it is called “Estimate Management” (why does the same report has two different names?). This report is great especially if you use estimate Filters. So you need for example a list of estimates that were done in 2019 for a certain entity (assuming that is a Filter), that was awarded. You can filter to get to this information and then print or export it to Excel. That way a duplicate Excel spreadsheet does not have to be kept with the same information. With careful planning of the Estimate Filters (there are six) and using “Status” values in the Estimate Setup you can produce reports. Check it out.
