Your company is paying for this in the yearly support fee so why not use it? “Three rings are less” is their motto for answering your call. Absolutely the best in the business in my opinion. Then reach out to the success team and ask what they offer both as a no-charge service and fee-based one. There are metrics in HeavyBid that they can track that can give you information on what can be done to improve the use of HeavyBid.
