In the future, when I am blogging on a subject, I might link to a particular podcast he has done.

I subscribe on my iPhone and listen to them on my runs. There is so much in our Heavy/Highway construction industry that is not documented, and I see examples of this every week. So schedule a lunch meeting with your estimating team, listen to two or three podcasts, and discuss the content.
