There are many HeavyBid users, especially subcontractors, who regularly provide quotes to many prime contractors that need a solution to the Word Proposal module. If you have used this module you know the issue. It merges fine, but you end up with multiple Word files in the root directory of the estimate that you need to locate, then convert to a PDF, and then email each one out. I searched and found a reasonably priced solution that works well. Hopefully, as HeavyBid Web is improved, this app will also be applicable on that platform, as I don’t think HCSS is going to provide a solution to email out a quote, merged with an addressed database and pushed out via email. Mailmergic is a great platform and definitely worth reviewing if you are using the Word Proposal on a regular basis.

Here is a video I did on this application.

Over the years I have recommended some outstanding software applications but this is the first time I have found one that directly solves an issue in HeavyBid. Highly recommended.
